Head + Dep Application form

We always need volunteers at Holy Trinity and we would like to establish a core group of parents that we can call upon from time to time. If you have any time to spare and could help with school trips, etc. please contact the school office.

Please be aware that all volunteers, irrespective of the amount of time they give, will need to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and any parent offering their help should be aware that they will be asked to provide documentary evidence of identity.

Please do not be put off by this formality. It is for the safety of our children and there is no cost attached.

If you have any queries or would like further information please do not hesitate to contact the school office.
